2025 Fall Festival Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Hours: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm/11:45 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Fall Festival brings together athletes and Unified partners from across Rhode Island for a day full of sports, teamwork, and celebration. Throughout the day, volunteers will support a variety of Unified Sports competitions including Bocce, Cross Country, Flag Football, Tennis, and Cornhole. Our highest need for volunteers is in the Tennis venue.

Many short-term/event volunteer opportunities require no sport specific knowledge and those that do would be noted on the specific event volunteer registration form.
Due to the nature of sports and athletics, Special Olympics Rhode Island events are fast paced and may involve possible risks associated with a specific sport. For this reason, all volunteers must be at least 16 years of age or older to volunteer unless otherwise noted.
