Special Olympics is pleased to announce that Rhode Island’s very own Billy Gilman will be performing at this year’s 50th Anniversary State Summer Games Opening Ceremony.  This year, our Opening Ceremony will be held at the Ryan Center and a limited number of general admission tickets are on sale.
