Southern Area Qualifier for Athletics (Track & Field) is almost here! 🏃‍♀️✨

Mark your calendar for May 2nd at Bishop Hendricken High School, where athletes will compete in track and field events, recording their times and distances as they work toward qualifying for the 2026 Summer Games.

We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help bring the day to life! With both morning and afternoon shifts available, it’s a great opportunity to get involved – grab a friend and join us in making a difference. Use the links below to sign up and be part of the action!

Field Volunteer Opportunities

CLICK HERE for Field Running Long Jump (PM only) 

PM: 1:00pm-4:00pm

Overview – Officiate, rake, measure, and record the event for the athletes.

PM: 10:00am-12:00pm

Overview – Record and measure athlete distances.

AM: 8:30am-12:30pm, PM: 12:00pm-4:00pm

Overview – Help check athletes in, organize heats, line participants up correctly, and guide them to the starting area—making sure everyone is where they need to be and are ready to go.

Overview – Collect athletes from clerking and escort them to their competition area.
